How to return an item
- Email us with your order number to request a return.
- We confirm and send you a prepaid return label. Returns are free.
- Drop the parcel at your nearest post office.
Return conditions
- 14-дневно право на отказ. Съгласно правото на ЕС можете да анулирате поръчката си в рамките на 14 дни от получаването, без да посочвате причина.
- Артикулът трябва да е неизползван и в оригиналната си опаковка.
- Troškove povrata (slanje natrag) snosi kupac, osim u slučaju neispravnog proizvoda ili pogreške s naše strane, koje snosimo mi.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Original delivery charges are refunded for a full-order return made within the 14-day withdrawal period.
